Delete your Nardi Jan account

Delete inside the app
Open Nardi Jan, go to Settings → Account, choose “Delete account”, and confirm. Deletion normally completes immediately. If more time is needed, the app signs out and the server completes deletion within seven days. A random receipt stored on the device lets the app check status without signing in and show confirmation the next time it opens.
Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot access the app, email gororoik1@mail.ru using any email address you can access. Use the subject “Nardi Jan account deletion” and include your player name plus the sign-in method you used. We will ask for a safe alternative proof of account ownership; never send a password, one-time code, payment-card details or an Apple/Google token. After ownership is verified, we complete the request within seven days and confirm completion by replying to your email.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your authentication identity and access to the account, redacts the player name, and removes access to non-transferable ticket and coin balances. Local preferences can be removed by deleting the app.
What may be retained
Pseudonymized match, ledger and store transaction records may be retained where reasonably required for fraud prevention, transaction integrity, refunds, and legal or app-store obligations. These retained records are not used to recreate the deleted account.
