Purchases

Use “Restore purchases” in the app's Settings or Shop screen to restore non-consumable cosmetics while signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for purchase. Consumable ticket packs cannot be restored after they are delivered. Refund requests are handled by the applicable store.

Online matches

If a connection is interrupted, keep the app open while it reconnects. A disconnected player receives a limited grace period before the match ends.
